I mean it (the title that is). It was a long time coming, but this post deserves a throne, a crown, and a scepter too. Not because of any particular writing ability on my part, but because I have found the blackest, most wear-friendly eyeliner that makes a sharpie look like gunmetal gray.
I used to pray fervently to God to grant me: A) the ability to eat unlimited chocolate and not gain weight (God and I tiptoe around this sensitive subject. He laughed at me when I prayed for it, I got mad, and lots of awkwardness later I very generously told him I'd settle for a cornucopia of blush); B) the ability to resist chocolate (see point A); C) unlimited wealth (F.Y.I. God, I'm still waiting on this one); and D) the blackest of all eyeliners that will never smudge and look perfect all day long.
Today, I am writing this because my wish for the perfect eyeliner has finally been answered. I bought the Black Radiance Continuous Creme Eyeliner without any expectations. Gel eyeliners always seem to crumble and flake on me (except maybe the L'Oreal HiP one, but the Black Radiance beats it by far) so I usually stick to my trusted liquid liners. However, this Creme Eyeliner has replaced all of my eyeliners.
The Black Radiance Continuous Creme Eyeliner is a lot more 'gooey' than any other creme or gel liner I've tried. In fact, if you store the bottle at an angle the liner shifts accordingly. To me, however, this is just a minor inconvenience. The liner applies so smoothly and so richly black without tugging the skin on my eyelids. I can get a deep black line, thin or thick, in very few swipes. I don't usually heap this much praise on one product, but this is amongst the smoothest-applying liners I've ever come across.
Like all gel liners you do need to wait for the Continuous Creme Liner to dry, but once it does it wears incredibly. No flaking, no crumbling, and no smudging even on the waterline. Yes, that's right, the waterline. I can line the lower waterline without it budging. It doesn't irritate my eyes while it stays on for deal life. Beyond doubt, this beats out every other eyeliner I've tried so far. And for less than $5, it's pretty tough competition for any upcoming eyeliners.

Is it possible to buy it online somewhere? ( I have tried to google after it, but couldn`t find it)
4:36 PMHello:
9:43 PMIf you want to go to their website, it is: http://www.blackradiancebeauty.com/
The funny thing, is that they do not show that product in their website. The places you can buy it is at the following places:
CVS, Duane Reade, Kmart, Meijer, PathMark, Rite Aid, Walgreens, and Walmart
The majority which are drug stores.
After reading your blog, I ran to my local CVS and looked for it, it was sold out in one and had to drive to another to finally get it. I bought 2.
I immediately loved them, you are right, it is sooo rich and intense and when I swatched it, I was amazed on how it did not budge, I washed my hand 3 times and i didn't budge, and I finally used a makeup wipe and it finally came off with some elbow grese...I loved it....
My prayers of finding the perfect eyeliner have also been answered....
The brush is too thick for me so I will be purchasing the Sonia Kashuk eyeliner brush...I heard it's great...
Thanks for the advice...
Loved it...
Nancy
I was so excited to see the great reviews for this eyeliner...but I can't find it in my area. I tried CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Target, and Ulta, with no luck. I checked online at Amazon, ebay, overstock, and the Black Radiance website...still nothing. And yes, I am determined. A desi woman will stop at nothing to find that perfect black eyeliner ;-)
2:26 PMDoes anyone know where to buy this product in the San Francisco Bay Area?? Thanks in advance
Nithi
Can we use it on waterline as well?

12:37 PM
Thanks for posting this. I was already using the Black Radiance liquid liner so it was easy for me to make the switch and try the creme liner.
8:02 AMI love it. The color is intense and it does go on smoothly. I even used it gently on my brows. Perfect!
Thanks for the Walmart link Anu -- there is a location I can get this at, after all! When I'm in the area, I'm definitely making a beeline for Walmart. You made my day!
4:39 PMCan you do a comparison swatch with other liners?
10:48 PMOr maybe that's asking too much!
Never mind!
It's so cheap, I'll just buy it and see...
Thanks for the recco! I plan on running to Walgreens at lunch to scoop this up. I'm going to be the maid of honor in a wedding in Puerta Vallarta in a few weeks, and I need to find a liner that will stand up to the Puerta Vallarta-n heat! And for about $5, it's definitely worth a try!
11:18 AMI refuse to believe that this was less than $5!! What a bargin! Am going to check out their website now and pray that they ship to England!
2:40 PMI have tried everything in my quest for eyeliner that doesnt smudge and i really want to try this product. Am not able to order it online at the walmart site. Would you be able to advise if there are any other online stores that carry this product please?

9:36 PMAwaiting ur reply.
thank you! i was wondering weather i should get this or not. i also like the blackest possible liner especially for the top eyeline. i always saw this but was unsure if it would be a good purchase. i tried the loreal hip ones,(good but dried out too quickly). I thought i would have to go get blacktrack from Mac but im gonna try this first!
3:40 PMI live in Australia, and Black radiance isn't available here. Could someone tell me where I can buy it online? I saw one site but the packaging and handling was $25.00 it self! :O could you suggest where I can find it?
