Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss

I absolutely love the Revlon super lustrous lip glosses. The packaging is sleep, modern, and grown up; the formula is neither too sticky nor too runny; and the glosses come in a range of colours that have great depth. There is one caveat to these glosses: their cough medicine smell. The smell is quite strong in the beginning and did take me back to the days where I took spoonful of cough medicine to prove to my mother that I was sick and didn't need to go to school. The good news is that the smell disappears quickly and what you are left with is a glossy sheen of dimensional colour.

If you're looking for a beautiful nude shade that adds a nudey-pink sheen to your lips, Revlon Glossy Rose is a good bet. I have two-toned lips and lips products can make my lower lip a bright fuchsia and my upper lip an ashy purple. I think I might have vented about this before. However, this moisturizing lip gloss does the trick and doesn't make me look like I drenched my lower lip in Kool Aid and my upper lip in purple paint. The colour is soft enough that I can wear this for a barely made up face but I can also pair this up with dramatically made eyes.

Another winner from this range of glosses is Cherries in the Glow. This imparts a beautiful cherry/strawberry sheen on my lips without any sparkle an glitter. Make no mistake, this is still very glossy. The gloss is more like a layer of sophisticated, sheer cherry/strawberry colour with great shine. This gloss is a good bet for those who are intimidated by bright colours but would like to try a sheer, flattering version of the red lippie.
